Pea Coat Weather

 

 

 

  

Up at the family mountain house for the weekend which gave me a good reason to finally wear my Pea Coat since it was bellow freezing. Navy J.Crew Pea Coat, I did a lot of shopping around to decide on this Pea Coat. I wanted one that was not only cute but also would keep me warm, after going to many stores, for the price ($298 plus 15% student discount) J.Crew's coat has significantly a heavier wool then other comparable coats (Michael Kors was my second choice).

Mountain Air and Cashmere

There is no better way to spend a Saturday in the fall then to take a trip up to the Blue Ridge Parkway. My favorite Cashmere sweater from Nordstrom (Nordstom Cashmere Sweater) it is only $79 and comes in over a dozen colors. I am also wearing a flannel plaid shirt from J.Crew, my favorite black stretch Seven for all Mankind jeans (they are the most comfortable pant I own), gray boots, Tortoiseshell Michael Kors watch, and pearls.

Who says you can't wear white after labor day

 

 Who says you can't still wear white after labor day? White jeans are the perfect way to bring some light into a fall day. Lilly Pulitzer Elsa blouse, White Citizens of Humanity jeans, Nude Tory Burch flats, J.Crew Factory necklace, Nordstrom bracelet, Bare Minerals lip stick "Light it up", Essie nail polish "Status Symbol".

Vest Weather

 

 

 

 

 A cold fall day means time to pull out the vest. Lilly Pulitzer vest, Brooks Brothers sweater, Ralph Lauren oxford, Seven for all mankind jeans, Tory Burch flats, Longchamp bag, Fossil watch, Pandora bracelet. Layers are perfect for every college student they keep you warm when you walk to class but then when you get there if the room is warm you can always take a layer (vest) off.
