Sparkle Baby Sparkle

 

This is one of my favorite sweaters from last fall/winter I have worn in on a previous post here. I actually got it on sale from J.Crew and kinda an impulse buy and it is now one of my favorite sweaters so its interesting how things turn out sometimes. These mint pants were also a end of season clearance purchase at Belk last winter, I definitely advice to go check out their clearance wracks around the holidays you can find some pretty amazing stuff (almost all of my designer clothing was purchased from Belk at least 50% off or more so if you don't shop at Belk you should probably start *they have some but not all of their designers online*). I am also wearing my favorite fall lipstick (Chanel 145) and these black Tory Burch flats are definitely one of my essentials for fall when it gets colder I wear them with tights. Leaves begin to FALL

 

 

I am really starting to get into the fall mood. I ordered my first hot beverage from Starbucks, I have a new favorite a Chia Pumpkin Latte!  These are a few of my favorites from last fall, this is my go to sweater it is beyond comfortable I got in on clearance a few years ago and love it to death. I love to get as much use out of my flats before I start to slip on my boot socks and boots for the winter. What are you most looking forward to wearing this fall?

Mix it Up with Colors

 

 

 

It is not a secret to anyone that I love color.  Here I mixed it up with coral and mint. When mixing colors there are a few things to keep in mind, you usually want to chose one of the two to be your more dominate color in this case coral was my dominate color because it is so bright. Also when choosing which colors you want to use, the color wheel is always great to think about, I usually like to chose contrasting colors. A few things you want to avoid: don't mix colors that are to similar because it looks like you tried to match and you failed so make sure there is enough difference. Secondly don't try to mix to many colors it can be overwhelming. To really tie an outfit together where you mixed two contrasting colors it is great if you can find a piece that ties in both colors for me my bag tied everything together because it had both coral and mint in the pattern.What are your favorite colors to mix up ?
