You want to create a template with some basic information on it about you and your blog, this will be the starter for all of your emails. Your template can include an introduction, and your blog statistics, and any other information that you would want to include in any collaboration email. Be sure to include a web link to your blog.
Make an agreement// You want to be happy with your collaboration agreement, and don't sell yourself and your time short. As your blog and viewers grow so can your expectations, don't be afraid to ask for more.
